Counter Terrorism Against Devils Within the Ummah
THE BASIS FOR THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE WAS ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED IN 2004 BY THE TALIYAH AL-MAHDI. EDITS AND FURTHER ADDITIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE TEXT, IN ORDER TO REFLECT THE EVOLVING APPROACH OF THE INNER CIRCLE OF THE OCCULTED GROUP, AND CURRENT EVENTS.
As-salaamu `alaykum wa-Rahmatullahi wa-Barakatu to all who bear witness to the Reality of “La ilaha ill-Allah”; to all who bear witness to the Reality that the Nur that manifested in the personage of Muhammad is the Messenger, the Rasul of Allah; to all who truly love the Ahl al-Bayt – the family of Muhammad who carried on his true teachings and did not pervert and mislead to establish empire and impose their will upon the people in the name, and wearing the mask of religion.
As-salaamu `alaykum wa-Rahmatullahi wa-Barakatu to all who HATE the enemies of the prophets and their descendants who kept true to their word and the spirit of their teachings. As the Qur’an says in Sura Ash-Shura, Ayah 23: “Say: ‘No reward do I ask of you for this except the love of those near of kin.'”
As Muhammad, al-Khatam al-Anbiyah has further said: “And verily he who dies with love of the family of Muhammad, has died on Sunnah.”
Throughout history, terrorism within the Muslim Ummah has been rooted in a hatred for the teachings of Muhammad as passed down through his holy family. This is because the “Islam” which they taught differed greatly in spirit than the Islamicate empires of Caliphatism that continues today in the ambitions of terror groups like Da`esh (“ISIS”, so-called) and in the hearts of so many Neo-Salafi Wahhabis. It only took one generation before these Nawasib like Mu`awiyah took to implementing mandatory cursing of `Ali ibn Abi Talib in the masajid. It took only one generation later, until Mu`awiyah’s wicked son Yazid used their dynastic power of the terrorist Caliphate to murder nearly the entire family of Husayn, the son of `Ali and grandson of Muhammad – parading Husayn’s head, decapitated and staked on a spear – throughout cities and villages, declaring that this is what happens to those who resist the power of the Caliphate.
Brothers and sisters… this is terrorism, pure and simple, and it’s roots are not in the Modern Era, but on the bloody battlefield of Karbala. The Caliphate was barely born before it turned to outright extremism, hatred of the family – children, son-in-law and grandchildren – of Muhammad, and then turned to mass murder and empire expansion.
Today there is much discussion of which madhab or fiqh one belongs to – a controversy and discussion that has gone on since these concepts were inaugurated centuries ago. While Al-Azhar University has somewhat progressively declared Shi`ism as the “fifth fiqh” of Islam – which has oftne been coined “Ja`fari fiqh” after the sixth Imam – we do not mean “Sunni” or “Shi`ah” as the titles of madhahib at all when we speak of such terms.
No, the true Ahl as-Sunnah are simply those who follow the example of Muhammad, and indeed we emphasize following the timeless sunnah of all prophets – the spirit underlying that sunnah, and noting how it manifests in different times, places and the like.
Similarly, the true “Shi`ah” are not those who merely profess Ja`fari fiqh. They are those who are the true “Partisans” of the Family of Muhammad; of the Ahl al-Bayt, of which the Qur’an said in Surat al-Azaab, Ayah 33: “And stay quietly in your houses, and make not a dazzling display, like that of the former Times of Jahiliyah; and establish regular Salat, and give regular Zakat; and obey Allah and Hu’s Rasul. And Allah only wishes to remove all rijs (filth, impurity or sin) from you, O Ahl al-Bayt, and to make you pure and spotless.”
The term “shi‘ah” occurs eleven times in the Qur’an and the word itself is lexically derived from the Arabic verb sha‘a – yashi‘u meaning to spread, disseminate, divulge, publicize or become known. Of course one can spread either that which is good or that which is bad, just as the Qur’an speaks of both the “Hizb’ullah” and the “Hizb’ush-Shaiytan.” However, the Qur’an speaks of the Shi`ah as the “Partisans” of the Prophets in the following Ayaat:
“And most surely Ibrahim was among the Shi`ah of him (Nuh)” Al-Qur’an, Sura 37:83
“And he (Musa) went into the city at a time when people (of the city) were not watching, so he found therein two men fighting, one being of his Shi`ah and the other being his enemy, and the one who was of his Shi`ah cried out to him for help against the one who was of his enemy” Al-Qur’an, Sura 28:15
Thus, there is no room for believing that a Muslim cannot be a Shi`i. There is no Muslim who should have a problem with this terminology; for to have a problem with it is to have a problem with the terminology of the Qur’an itself, and thus to have a problem with Allah ta’ala. ALL are of one Shi`ah or another, just as one is either of the Hizb’ullah, or the Hizb’ush-Shaiytan. Similarly, one is either of the Shi`ah of the dynastic Caliphates of the Ummayad and Abbasid (the latter whome the `Isawiyah Movement bravely rose against) or of Imam `Ali. Either one believes in the bid`ah of democratically electing the Khalif as a leader of an empire, or they do not accept such bid`ah and believe the Khalifa, the Imam is Divinely appointed and has come to lead those who will follow, not out of imperial ambitions.
Firuzabadi, in his Qamusu’l-Lughat, says, “The name Shi`ah commonly means every person who is a friend of `Ali and prophet’s AhlulBayt. This name is peculiar to them.” Exactly the same meaning is given by Ibn Athir in Nihayatu’l-Lughat. According to non-Shi`ah commentaries and admissions, the word Shi`ah means “follower of `Ali Bin Abu Talib” and was used in this way during the time of Rasul’ullah . In fact, it was Rasul’ullah himself who introduced the word Shi`ah as meaning “Follower of `Ali Bin Abu Talib.” Muhammad, al-Khatam al-Anbiyah called the followers of `Ali “The Shi`ah” the “delivered,” and the “rescued.”
When the following verse of the Qur’an was revealed: “As for, those who believe and do good, surely they are the best of creatures.” Al-Qur’an, Sura 98:7
The Prophet Muhammad said to `Ali : “It is for you and your Shi’ah”
He further said: “I swear by the one who controls my life that this man (`Ali) and his Shi’ah shall secure deliverance on the Yawm al-Qiyyamah (Day of Resurrection).”

The term “Shi`ah” is an term used for Muslims who follow the A’immah from the Ahl al-Bayt. The Taliyah al-Mahdi does not use it for reasons of sectarianism or for causing divisions amongst Muslims. We use it because the Qur’an uses it, the Prophet Muhammad used it, and the early Muslims used it – before words such as Sunni, Wahhabi, Deobandi, Zaydi, Isma’ili, or Salafi ever came into existence. If we want to talk about “bid`ah” then realize that these names are bid`ah, they are man-made innovation that are not found in the words of Muhammad nor in those of the Ahl al-Bayt.
All Muslimin are “Sunni” by definition, but only a group of people, which are famous for attributing themselves to this name, are “Sunni” by label. These people, this group, are not one group but many; not one Shi`ah, but many “Shiyaan,” with different madhahib and methodologies by which they approach the Din of Islam. We must never forget, however, that the Qur’an, while praising the singluar “Shi`ah” criticizes the “Shiyaan.”
“Surely they who divided their religion into parts and became shiyan (parties), you have no concern with them; their affair is only with Allah, then He will inform them of what they did.” Al-Qur’an, Surah 6:159
Those who claim to be “Sunni” do not mean that they all follow the same “way” or “Sunnah.” Rather, they follow the Sunnah as interpreted by the founders of their “Shiyaan;” their “a’immah.” However, the four non-Shi`ah Madhahib took from each other, Ahmed ibn Hanbal took from ash-Shafi’i and ash-Shafi’i took from Malik and Malik took from Abu Hanifah, and Abu Hanifah from Imam Ja’far ibn Muhammad as-Sadiq. Therefore, all the four non-Shi`ah schools in fact originated from the school of Ahl al-Bayt; and thus, the four “a’immah as-sunniyyah” were students of Imam Ja’far as-Sadiq our 6th Imam who was the first to open an Islamic University in the masjid of his grandfather, Rasul’ullah. Under him studied no less than four thousand jurisprudents and specialists in Hadith.
In the same Surat al-An`aam, Ayah 65, we read: “Say: Hu has the power that Hu should send on you a chastisement from above you or from beneath your feet, or that He should throw you into confusion, (making you) of different parties; and make some of you taste the fighting of others. See how We repeat the communications that they may understand.”
So we know that the singular “Shi`ah” are the partisans of the Prophets, Ibrahim being of the Shi`ah of Nuh (37:83), and Musa having Shi`ah as well (28:15). While at the same time those who break off from this singular Shi`ah and make various parties, madhahib and the like are in “confusion” (6:65) and are of “no concern” to the true Mu’minin (6:159).
The non-Shi`ah give the ILLUSION that they all follow one way, one Sunnah; that they are the majority and we are the minority. However, all they mean by saying that they are “Sunni” is not that they all have the same `aqida, but that they all agree to the bida’a of holding an election for Abu Bakr while Imam `Ali was burying the Prophet Muhammad .
Surely, the followers of Rasul’ullah are supposed to follow his Sunnah by definition. However, were they called “Sunni” when Rasul’ullah was alive, or even in the years after his demise? When did the title “Ahl’us-Sunnah wa-l-Jama’ah” come into existence in the history of Islam for a specific group of Muslims?
There can be no question that this terminology was never used by Muhammad while the term “Shi`ah” was in fact used by him for the Mu’minin who followed `Ali. The Prophet Ibrahim followed the traditions of Prophet Nuh but he was never called a “Sunni” – though there is no doubt that he followed that same spirit of the universal prophetic “sunnah” as well. Conversely, the Qur’an mentioned that he was a “Shi`ah” of Nuh . Thus, Shi`i Islam is not bid`ah, but by the standards that the Nawasib judge us, their `aqidah and the name of their sectarian divisions are in fact bid`ah found no where in the Qur’an or Ahadith!
We are not the mubtadi`in that the nawasib claim we are. Any aspect of our `aqidah can be backed up not only from our own sources of Ahadith (transmitted through the Ahl al-Bayt), but ALSO through their own non-Shi`ah sources as well! The Nasibi would claim that we are mubtadi`in for blessing the Ahl al-Bayt with the blessing of `alayhum salaam rather than radi Allahu anhum. This however, is only a product of their jahiliyah, their ignorance of what their own professed sources explicitly state.
Muslimin are commanded by the Holy Qur’an in Sura 33:56 to send their prayers upon the Muhammad. Rasul’ullah himself has indicated how to do this and also commands his followers to not send their prayers upon himself alone but always to send their prayers simultaneously upon his family. Rasul’ullah has said:
“Do not send me an amputated prayer.” The companions asked: “What is an amputated prayer?” He said: “When you say, ‘Allahumma, salli ‘ala Muhammad’ and stop. You should say, ‘Allahumma, salli ‘ala Muhammad wa ale-Muhammad‘.”
Yanabi’ al-Muwaddah, 2:59; al-Sawa’iq al-Muhriqah, ibn Hajar, section 1 ch. 11
“Supplication will be intercepted (not accepted) until it is prayed upon the Prophet and his family.”
Yanabi’ al-Muwaddah 2:59
Now why is that? Clearly prophets before Muhammad did not pray and teach people to pray blessing the family of Muhammad. Once Muhammad came into this world with the mission he was charged to carry out, and his family too became the lineage of transmission of that message and mission, then blessing upon them became something was inherently Sunnah.
Does this not seem obvious to you?
Similarly, the Muslim Ummah by and large believes in a physical Mahdi and `Isa. They believe they will marry and have children. In their time, would it not also be obligatory to offer blessings upon their families if they were in fact literal, living figures?
Again, this is only logical. If you follow a leader, then in your prayers you should bless and pray for that leader, their family and their success in their mission. This only serves to reason.
On the authority of `Abdullah ibn Abi Layla as reported by Imam Bukhari: “Rasul’ullah came to us, and we said to him: We have learned how to invoke peace upon you; how should we pray for you? He said: Say: ‘O Allah, bless Muhammad and his family as You blessed the family of Ibrahim. Verily, You are the Praiseworthy, the Glorious. Grant favor to Muhammad and the members of his household as You granted favor to the members of the household of Ibrahim in the world. Verily, You are the Praiseworthy, the Glorious’.”
Thus, we see that the prayer request for Muhammad and his family was an echo of what was prayed for in the time of Ibrahim, but the group that the Qur’an calls his “shi`ah“.

How do we bless the progeny of Ibrahim? Do we say “Radi Allahu anhum” or do we say “`Alayhum Salaam?” Of course we bless the progeny of Ibrahim with “`alayhum salaam.” Thus, we Shi`ah follow the Sunnah of Muhammad and heed his specific instructions to bless the Ahl al-Bayt in a similar manner.
Every aspect of our `Aqidah is like this, contrary to what the Nawasib, the enemies of the Ahl al-Bayt and their Shi`ah would have you believe. If you do not believe this, then ask us for proof. This is how those who are real men, those who are not cowards, handle a difference of opinion; NOT by attacking defenseless, unarmed men, women and children who are mourning the death of Muhammad’s grandson, who the so-called “Sunni” Khalif Yazid ibn Mu’awiyah, ibn Abu Sufyan had killed for daring to stand up for PURE ISLAM and oppose his illegitimate regime!
The Qur’an says “Bring proof if you are truthful” (قُلْ هَاتُواْ بُرْهَانَكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ). We are most certainly truthful and would love the opportunity to bring you our dalil straight from the Qur’an and the Ahadith that you yourself accept. However, the terrorist Nawasib do not do this because they KNOW they cannot defend their filthy `aqida; they KNOW they cannot identify the 12 Khalifatun all of the Quraysh, which Muhammad foretold.
In Bukhari, the most famous book of the Sunnis says, “Jabir ibn Samarah said: ‘I heard the Prophet say, ‘There will be twelve leaders after me.’ Then he said, ‘I heard that my father said he heard the Prophet say, ‘They will be from the Quraysh..'”
Sahih Bukhari, part 9, Kitab al-Maqadam, p. 100
In Sahih Muslim, this same Hadith has been recorded in this way that Jabir says, “I heard the Prophet say, ‘Islam will always be dear until twelve Khalifatun and successors.” Then he said something which I did not understand. I asked my father and he said, ‘The Prophet said, “They are all from the Quraysh.”
Sahih Muslim, Kitab al-amanah, bab al-mal tih ‘l-quraysh
The Twelve A’immah of Muhammad’s line were all of the Tribe of Quraysh. Who are the 12 Khalifatun of the “Sunni’s?” No list can be named without mentioning Mu`awiyah the cursed; then enemy of `Ali and Hasan; who both opposed; who instituted cursing `Ali in the masajid.
Of this kaffir, Mu`awiyah, we read in Sahih Muslim, Chapter of Virtues of Companions, Section of Virtues of Ali – see Chapter p1284, Tradition #5916
Mu`awiyah, the son of Abu Sufyan, gave order to Sa’d, and told him: “What prevents you that you are refraining from cursing Abu Turab (nickname of Ali)?” Sa’d replied: “Don’t you remember that the Prophet said three things about (the virtue of) `Ali? So I will never curse Ali.”
Mohibuddin al Tabari in his classical book of hadith Riyad ul Nadira states that “Mu`awiyah ordered Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas to curse ‘Abu Turab”.
Volume 3 page 194
Ibn Hajar Asqalani in his commentary of Sahih al-Bukhari, entitled Fathul Bari, states:
“Mu`awiyah issued an order to curse Hadhrath `Ali. Upon hearing this Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas said ‘Even if you place a sword over my head and demand that I curse `Ali, I will refuse to do so'”.
Fathul Bari, Vol. 7, Page 74, “Bab Manaqib ‘Ali”
Ibn Abi al Hadeed in his commentary of Nahjul Balagha Volume 1 page 464 states:
“At the end of the Friday sermon Mu’awiya would say ‘O Allah, curse Abu Turab, he opposed your Din and path, curse him and punish him in the fire.’ He introduced this bidah during his reign, his Governors acted upon it, this bidah continued until the reign of Umar bin Abdul Aziz”
In Mu’jam al-Buldan, Volume 1 page 191, Allamah Yaqoot Hamawi states:
“Upon the orders of Mu`awiyah, `Ali was cursed during the reign of Banu Umayya from Mashrik (east) to Mughrib (west) from the Mosque Puplits”.
In Iqd al-Fareed Volume 1 page 246 we read:
“Following the deaths of ‘Ali and Hasan, Mu’awiya issued an order to all Mosques including Masjidun Nabi that the people curse ‘Ali”.
In al-Nasa’ih al-Kaafiyah page 77 we read that
“This practice [of cursing] reached such state that the people considered that without cursing `Ali their Friday worship was incorrect”
Let us consider the words of Imam `Ali:
“By him who split up the seed and created something living, the Apostle (may peace and blessing be upon him) gave me a promise that no one but a believer would love me, and none but a hypocrite would nurse grudge against me.”
Sahih Muslim, English version, Chapter 34, p46, Tradition #141
Its is little wonder that we have the testimony of Abu Said al Khudri:
“We recognized the hypocrites by their hatred of Ali.”
Fada’il al-Sahaba, by Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, v2, p639, Tradition 1086 – al-Isti’ab, by Ibn Abd al-Barr, v3, p47 – al-Riyad al-Nadirah, by al-Muhibb al-Tabari, v3, p242
Rasul’ullah said: “Whoever hurts Ali, has hurt me”
Musnad Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, v3, p483; al-Sawa’iq al-Muhriqah, by Ibn Hajar al-Haythami, Ch. 11, section 1, p263
Rasul’ullah said: “Whoever curses Ali, cursed me”

4. Tarikh al-Khulafa, by Jalaluddin al-Suyuti, p173
Rasulullah said: “Whoever leaves Ali, leaves me, whoever leaves me, leaves Allah”
Kanz ul Ummal, hadith numbers 32974 – 32976, narrated by Abdullah ibn `Umar (through two chains) and Abu Dharr Ghaffari (ra).
al Mustadrak al Hakim, Vol. 3, Page 146
Rasul’ullah also said: “Whoever obeys `Ali, obeys me, whoever obeys me, obeys Allah, whoever disobeys `Ali disobeys me, whoever disobeys me, disobeys Allah”
Kanz ul-Ummal, hadith numbers 32973
So again, no list has been or can be produced by the non-Shi`ah, as to the identity of these “12 Khalifatun… all of the Quraysh” without listing this kaffir! Similarly, no such list can be produced that records such individuals in any semblance of an unbroken chain or chronology, not separated by many years and kaffir regimes.
Thus, continuing on with the Ahadith regarding the 12 Khalifatun, all of the Quraysh, we read in Musnad Ahmad it has been recorded from `Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, a famous companion, that he asked the Prophet Muhammad about his vice-gerents. He said, “They are twelve people like the Israeli tribes who were twelve people.”
Musnad Ahmad, vol. 1, p. 398
Narrated Jabir bin Samura: “I heard the Prophet saying, ‘There will be twelve Muslim rulers.’ He then said a sentence which I did not hear. My father said, ‘All of them (those rulers) will be from Quraysh.'”
Volume 9, Book 89, Number 329
Narrated Jabir ibn Samurah: “I heard Rasul’ullah say: ‘The Islamic religion will continue until the Hour has been established, or you have been ruled by twelve Khalifatun, all of them being from the Quraysh.'”
Jabir bin Samurah, reported: “I joined the company of the Holy Prophet with my father and I heard him say: ‘This Khalifah will not end until there have been twelve Khalifatun among them.’ Then he (the Holy Prophet) said something that I could not follow. I said to my father: ‘What did he say?’ He said: ‘He has said: All of them will be from the Quraysh.'”
`Abd’ullah bin `Umar, reported: “Rasul’ullah said: ‘The Khalifah will remain among the Quraysh even if only two persons are left (on the earth).'”
Similarly, the Nawasib know of the Ahadith that states whosoever dies without recognizing the Imam of their Age dies a death of Jahiliyah.
“Whosoever dies without recognizing the Imam of his time dies the death of the Jahiliyyah.”
Ahmad b. Hanbal, al-Musnad, p. 96.
The Torah itself foretells the 12 A’immah in Sefer Ha’Berasheet (Genesis) 17.20
“As for Ishma`el, I have heard you. Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly. He will become the father of Twelve Princes, and I will make him a great nation.”
Yishma’el or “Ishma’el” was the father of 12 sons, just as Yitzaq or “Isaac” was the father of 12 sons. From the line of the Quraysh, came Muhammad and the “Twelve Leaders” from his progeny.
Seeing that this notion of Twelve Prophesied Princes of the Ishmaelite line would pose a problem for the notion of exclusivity of Divine Blessing in the Israeli line, later commentators have imagined that these 12 Princes are in fact the immediate offspring of Prophet Ishma’el. There are Twelve such children listed in Divrei Yamim Alef:
“These are their generations: The firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam, Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema, Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Yishma’el.” Divrei Yamim Alef (1st Chronicles) 1:29-31
Now if these were the prophesied “Twelve Princes” then how could it be that 12 Princes can all rule in one generation? The fact of the matter is that were any of these individuals to have been “Princes” then it would have only been one, or at the most two of them due to the timeframe in which they were born. The only way that 12 different Princes could have come from the Ishmaelite line would be for them to be of successive generations, such as in the case of the A’immah, or “A’immah” from Muhammad’s progeny. There is simply no other reasonable option.
As well, to be a “Prince” you must have a Kingdom. Ishmael was a great man, and Qur’anically is identified as a Prophet, but at the same time he was not a King. What Kingdom was he the King of? Clearly history is silent on this issue for the simple fact that he was not a King, and his immediate Twelve children were not heirs to any throne. Thus the Rabbi’s and Priest fail to have an answer for the Biblical prophecies regarding the Twelve Ishmaelite Princes.
The 12 direct sons of Ishmael COULD NOT have been “12 PRINCES” for the simple fact that they occurred within the SAME generation. They were merely 12 son’s, and the original verse did not prophecy “12 sons” it prophesied “12 princes.” So many erroneously jumped to the false conclusion that the 12 sons were in fact the 12 princes, but this is not and CANNOT linguistically be the case.
To the mubtadah who believes that it is permissible to kill those who practice ALL of the Fara’id – who bear witness to Allah as One, with absolutely no partners nor equals; who bear witness to the prophethood of Muhammad the Seal of the Prophets; who believe in the Divine Wahy, the Revelation of the Qur’an al-Karim; who believe in the Anbiyah or Nabiyyin or Prophets; who believe in Al-Ghayb, the unseen; who believe in the Mala’ikah or Angels; the reckoning on the Yawm ad-Din; who believe in and practice Salah (in some cases practicing 51 raka`at daily); who give Zakah; who fast in the daylight hours of the month of Ramadhan, and then often on other days as well; who believe in making Hajj when kaffir regimes do not attempt to prevent us from doing so – to such mubtadi`in Ashura was a day for them to unfurl the banner of their bid`ah, fisq and kufr. For the mubtadi`in it was an occasion to yet again violate the Qur’anic Commandment that says: “Never should a believer kill a believer” (وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ أَن يَقْتُلَ مُؤْمِنًا).
The Qur’an continues in the following Sura of An-Nisa’ 93: “And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his punishment is Jahannam; he shall abide in it, and Allah will send His wrath on him and curse him and prepare for him a painful chastisement.”
However, mubtadi’in being mubtadi’in, they will speak their words of bida’a, fisq and kufr and will claim that we who practice ALL of the Fara’id, who bear Witness to the Absolute Oneness of Allah and the Prophethood of the Seal of Prophets are in their warped minds NOT Muslimin, and in fact kuffar. Accordingly, they view their acts of terrorism and murder as “Jihad” when in fact they are the furthest thing from mujahidin, and not one of them has the true character of a mujahid.
However, it is not enough to pronounce takfir on them, for we are not baseless slanderers like they are. `Isa said that you will know a tree by its fruits. You will know the nature of an individual by their actions.
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thorns, or figs from thistles? So, every sound tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears evil fruit. A sound tree cannot bear evil fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will know them by their fruits.” Matthew 7:15-20
Rasul’ullah has said: “If somebody accuses another of Fusuq (by calling him ‘Fasiq‘ i.e. a wicked person) or accuses him of Kufr, such an accusation will revert to him (i.e. the accuser) if his companion (the accused) is innocent.”
Sahih al Bukhari, Volume 8 hadith number 71
In addition to this we also read that: “Ibn Umar related that the Holy Prophet said: ‘If a Muslim calls another kafir, then if he is a kafir let it be so; otherwise, he [the caller] is himself a kafir.'”
Abu Dawud, Book of Sunnah, edition published by Quran Mahal, Karachi, vol. 3, p. 484
So we KNOW for a matter of fact, from the very actions, the “fruit” of these kuffar, that they are kuffar because they have pronounced takfir on those who are innocent of such allegations of kufr, and they have declared their blood halaal and carried out acts of MURDER against them. As such, these kuffar are not only outside of the fold of Islam, they have become oppressors and MUST be fought against in self-defense. The Qur’an al-Karim says in Al-Baqarah, 190 and 191:
“And fight in the way of Allah with those who fight with you, and do not exceed the limits, surely Allah does not love those who exceed the limits. And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is worse than bloodshed, and do not fight with them at the Sacred Masjid until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the kaffirin.”
The Qur’an could not be more clear. Oppression is worse than bloodshed. When we are fought against violently we must fight back violently. While we did not throw the first punch or fire the first shot, we MUST throw and fire the LAST one. When these kuffar have transgressed the limits in fighting against us – targeting non-combatants and civilians – we must fight these kuffar but never approach their kaffir methods of IMPOSTER “Jihad.”
Again, we are told in Ayah 190 “do not exceed the limits.” But just what are these limits? The instructions of Rasul’ullah are as follows:
“Do not kill any old person, any child or any woman” (Abu Dawud). “Do not kill the monks in monasteries” or “Do not kill the people who are sitting in places of worship” (Musnad of Ibn Hanbal).
This is EXACTLY what these kuffar have done! May Allah’s curse be upon them, and may the deaths of those of their ilk be hastened!
During a war, Muhammad saw the corpse of a woman lying on the ground and observed: “She was not fighting. How then she came to be killed?” How then can these kuffar kill unarmed individuals who have not killed or injured any innocents?
To those who profess to be Muslimin but are not partisans of the Ahl al-Bayt those who follow any of the Madhahib other than that of Imam Ja`far as-Sadiq if you stay within the limits that Allah has proscribed then we mean you no harm and our Jihad is not with you. You who do not attack us, we will not attack you. Our Jihad is against the kuffar terrorists who have attacked us and have baselessly pronounced takfir upon us. As it is written in Sura al-Maaidah, 32
“For this reason did We prescribe to the Bani Isra’il that whoever slays a soul, unless it be for manslaughter or for mischief in the land, it is as though he slew all men; and whoever keeps it alive, it is as though he kept alive all men; and certainly Our Rusul came to them with clear arguments, but even after that many of them certainly act extravagantly in the land.”
No matter who the author of these attacks were – whether the Neo-Salafi Wahhabiyyah, whether Al-Qa`idah, whether the Taliban ad-Dajjal or any other group connected with them – these attacks were clear kufr and the attacker did not die a Shahid, he died a kaffir who is destined for torment in the Barzakh and destiny in Jahannam. No matter who the author of these attacks were, the primary beneficiaries of this haraam terrorism are the enemies of the Believers. The lines have been drawn and the Nawasib have demonstrated through their haraam actions that they are on the side of the enemies of Islam.
Conversely, just as using the term “Sunni” does not necessarily mean one is of the true Sunnah of Muhammad and just as one using the term “Shi`ah” does not mean that they are truly of the actual Shi`ah, in the same way, the term “Hizb’ullah” or “Hezbollah” is not a term that can be thrown around lightly and used in spite of the actions and ideologies of one professing it. For just as the Qur’an uses the term Shi`ah, it also uses the term Hizb’ullah. And yet, today there is a group taking funding from a repressive state apparatus in Iran, and being led by a man who has openly admitted he does not really fight for the Palestinian people, but against the Jews because of his hatred for Jews. His hatred is not for nationalism, nor even Israeli nationalism. He has admitted that he is glad there is a State of Israel in which so many Jews have gathered from throughout the world, because it has saved him the trouble of hunting Jews down throughout the world and carrying out genocide, nation by nation.
These are his words brothers and sisters. Are these the words of someone who keeps to Muhammad’s Sunnah, when he wrote in the Constitution of Medinah that his followers along with the Jewish people constitute “One Ummah” – an Ummatan Wahidatan (أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً)?
Hezbollah’s aim is not to “end the occupation of Palestine,” or even to “liberate all of Palestine.” Its goal is to kill the world’s Jews. Listen to the words of its leader Shaykh Hassan Nasrallah: “If Jews all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide.”
NY Times, May 23, 2004, p. 15, section 2, column 1.
Amal Abdo Saad-Ghorayeb, a Lebanese writer and political analyst known for her writings on the Israeli–Lebanese conflict and Hezbollah, quotes Hassan Nasrallah as saying, “If we searched the entire world for a person more cowardly, despicable, weak and feeble in psyche, mind, ideology and religion, we would not find anyone like the Jew. Notice, I do not say the Israeli.”
“In the Party of God: Are terrorists in Lebanon preparing for a larger war? by Jeffrey Goldberg”. The New Yorker. 14 October 2002. Archived from the original on 7 May 2009. Retrieved 3 March 2007.
Muhammad Fnaysh, 15 August 1997. qtd. in Saad-Ghorayeb, 2002, p. 170.
Saad-Ghorayeb quotes Hezbollah’s Deputy-General Shaykh Na’im Qasim as saying, “The history of Jews has proven that, regardless of the Zionist proposal, they are a people who are evil in their ideas.”
Abbas al-Mussawi, Amiru’l-Zakira, Dhu al-Hujja 1406, p. 197. qtd. in Saad-Ghorayeb, 2002, p. 174.
There is no way one can read statements like this, and the many dozens of others by the leadership of the so-called “Hezbollah” and claim they are another other and bigots using the suffering of the Palestinian people to justify their hatred of the Jewish people worldwide. As such, we make little distinction between these dajajilah imposters and their mirror image terrorist groups in the so-called Sunni world.
When we say “Sunni” and we say “Shi`ah” we mean the true living meaning of those terms. We do not mean madhahib, we do not mean shiyaan that are split into. We have not and will never turn to sectarian violence. Islam is Islam. Truth is truth. And as the Qur’an says, “Truth has come and falsehood has vanished. Verily, falsehood is bound to vanish” (جَاءَ الْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَاطِلُ ۚ إِنَّ الْبَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا), and “let there be no compulsion in religion, for Truth is manifest from falsehood” (لَا إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّينِ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ).
If you want peace from us, then greet us with peace. If you want war from us, then greet us with war and we will most certainly reciprocate. Do not mistake quietness for quiescence. Do not mistake tactical planning and preparation (gathering and training troops), for a lack of response. The kuffar WILL be punished for their murder of the innocent. However, this will not be until we have the necessary individuals to finish off these enemies of Islam and humankind itself, once and for all; sending them to their eternal home in Jahannam. Our Jihad is against those outside of the fold of Truth; those who are proven murderers, those who have pronounced takfir on Mu’minin and those who have shed the blood of the same. Our Jihad is against those who use the name “Islam” and who use the Qur’an as a bludgeon to smash down dissenting voices, and those who live life differently than they chose to (while harming no one else). Our Jihad is against those who would use the suffering of the Palestinian people as a pretext for their pre-existing hatred of all Jews, regardless of nationality or nationalism. These are not anti-nationalists, they are merely Arab nationalist.
Muhammad ibn Ya’qub (al-Kulayni), from `Ali ibn Ibrahim, from his father, from al-Nawfali, from al-Sakuni, who reports on the authority of Imam Jafar as-Sadiq that Muhammad said: “Whosoever possesses in his heart `asabiyyah (prejudice in any of its forms such as tribalism, racism, nationalism) even to the extent of a mustard seed, Allah will raise him on the Day of Resurrection with the Aaraab of the Jahiliyahh.’”
Al-Kulayni, Usul al-Kafi (Intisharat `Ilmiyyah Islamiyyah, Tehran), vol. III (Arabic text with Persian translation by Sayyid Jawad Mustafawi), p. 419.
Thus, the Ahl al-Bayt foretold, in response to the question “How many of those who will accompany Al-Qa’im are `Arabs” Ja’far (عليه سلام) said “Very few (shay’un yasir),” then someone said, “But numerous are the `Arabs who profess this Cause,” and Ja`far replied “People will inevitably be chosen, separated, sifted through; many are those who will fall through the sifter.”
An-Nu’mani, Kitab al-Ghaybah, Ch 12, pp 298-99
When the Taliyah al-Mahdi first emerged, the Sudanese government had resolved to crush a rebellion in Darfur, a region the size of France in western Sudan. Sudan armed and paid a militia of Arab raiders, the Janjaweed, and authorized them to slaughter and drive out members of the Zaghawa, Masalit and Fur tribes. We were the first to internationally speak out against the genocidal actions against our Black African brothers and sisters in the Sudan… all while the Arab world stayed relatively silent.
Many, since the atrocities there gained the notice of the world and global media, in fact turned to justify the violence and racism, while others swept it under the proverbial rug, just as they do in the case of the centuries-long East African Slave Trade.
On March 12 of 2004, our innocent Muslim SISTER Magboula Muhammad Khattar, a 24-year-old widow, was performing her Salat’ul-Fajr about 4 a.m. when a Sudanese government Antonov aircraft started dropping bombs on Ab-Layha, which is made up of Zaghawa tribespeople. Moments later, more than 1,000 Janjaweed attackers rode into the village on horses and camels, backed by Sudanese government troops in trucks.
“The Janjaweed shouted: `We will not allow blacks here. We will not let Zaghawa here. This land is only for Arabs,'” our SISTER Khattar recalled.
Our SISTER Khattar grabbed her children, and, as shots and flames raged around her, raced for a nearby forest. But her father and mother tried to protect their animals — they were yelling, “Don’t take our livestock.” They were both shot dead.
This was all years before the emergence of the so-called “Islamic State” of Da`esh, which we warned was being birthed behind the scenes, even as Western intelligence agencies wasted their time and attention on our organization instead. We spoke out while the Arab world remained largely silent, just as we continued to work from the shadows against manifestations of this cancer when Da`esh raised their ugly head.
The attack was part of a deliberate strategy to ensure that the village would be forever uninhabitable, that the Zaghawa could never live there again. The Janjaweed poisoned wells by stuffing them with the corpses of people and donkeys. They also blew up a dam that supplied water to the farms, destroyed seven hand pumps in the village and burned all the homes and even the village school, the clinic and the masjid.
By most accounts, about 100 people were massacred that day, so many years ago, in Ab-Layha, and a particular effort was made to exterminate all men and boys, even the very young. Women and girls were sometimes allowed to flee, but the prettiest were kidnapped.
Most of those raped never talked openly about it. Zahra Abd’ul-Karim, on the other hand, a 30-year-old woman, told us how in the same attack on Ab-Layha, the Janjaweed shot to death her husband, Adam, and 7-year-old son, Rashid, as well as three of her brothers. Then they grabbed her 4-year-old son, Rasheed, from her arms and slit his throat.
The Janjaweed took her and her two sisters away on horses and gang-raped them, she recounted. The troops shot one sister, Kuttuma, and sliced the throat of the other, Fatimah, and they discussed how to mutilate her thereafter. Sexual humiliation was employed as part of the Arab Sudanese strategy to drive out the Black African tribes. The Janjaweed routinely add to the stigma by branding or scarring the women they rape.
“One Janjaweed said: `You belong to me. You are a slave to the Arabs, and this is the sign of a slave,’ ” she recalled. He slashed her leg with a sword before letting her hobble away, stark naked. Other villagers confirmed that they had found her naked and bleeding, and she showed me the scar on her leg.
Meanwhile, we stood firm against these atrocities and warned of them even as they brewed, while the Muslim Ummah largely remained silent and did nothing, neither in action nor even a word of regularly khutbati denouncement of these crimes.
Behind the closed door of a classroom, in the school compound where she has been living for the last two months, 35 year-old rape-victim Khadijah, spoke of her ordeal further, many years ago…
“The Janjaweed arrived one evening in February in our village near Kaileck, they had guns,” she says in a quiet voice.
“They followed us when we tried to escape. The group of people I was with was forced back to Kaileck. They had surrounded the whole town.”
“They separated men and women. Then the Janjaweed selected the prettiest women.”
“Four men raped me for 10 days.”
“Every day, women were picked up, taken to the bush where they were raped and brought back to Kaileck. The next day it would start again.”
Over the years, while the world did virtually nothing, these stories continued and increased. Meanwhile, all that could be heard in most masajid was vitriol against non-Muslim nations, but rarely (if ever) self-critique within the Ummah, of oppression such as this.
In the religion of Islam, for the Shi`ah, the partisans of the Ahl al-Bayt, one must not merely do the typical “five pillars” of Islam, but ALSO take part in the STRUGGLE (Jihad), ALSO “Enjoin what is right” and “Forbid what is evil.” WHERE is the so-called “Muslim” outrage? Where in Palestine or Iraq are there death tolls even REMOTELY approaching these? Why were the Arab OPPRESSORS allowed a free pass to RAPE and MURDER our Muslim Brothers and Sisters in the Sudan? Why do we ignore when Jordan slaughters more Palestinians in one month than have died in the Palestinian and Israeli territories in the past one hundred years? Why do we allow the House of Sa`ud to oppress the people and decry oppression from others? Is it truly that opposition to oppression itself – and not merely one’s perceived enemies – when the oppression is given a free pass in your own house?
Our solution is not only for ourselves, for our personal spiritual liberation, but also for the world. These oppressors have one choice: CHANGE OR DIE. It does not matter if they call themselves Muslim, or Sunni or Shi`ah, or Hezbollah or any other name that is nothing more than a word and self-ascription. As it is written, in the days of the Mahdi: “Nothing remains between us and the `Arabs except slaughter.”
Bihar al-Anwar, vol.52 p.349
Similarly, Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Sa’id narrated from Ahmad ibn Yusuf ibn Ya’qub al-Ju’fi from Isma’il ibn Mihran from al-Hassan ibn `Ali ibn Abu Hamza from his father from Abu Basir that Abu `Abd’ullah as-Sadiq (عليه سلام) had said:
“When our man (al-Qa’im) rises, hurry up to him even crawling. By Allah, as if I see him between the corner and the temple being paid homage to rule over the people with a new Covenant. He will be severe with the `Arabs. Woe unto the `Arabs from a coming misfortune!”
Bihar al-Anwar vol. 52 p.293; Kitab al-Ghayba p.365
In the Revolution of the Mahdi, being an Arab is of no more advantage of being from any other background. This Revolution is one that is against all forms of injustice and oppression. It is for all of the downtrodden, of all practices, and all ways of life, so long as they are not used as excuses for brutality themselves.
Over the years, whether publicly or behind the scenes in occultation, we have continued to fight against all forms of `asabiyyah, whether in the Sudan, in the Levant or in Iraq. Some of those among our ranks you may have heard of, and many you have not. This is a fight that remains central to our focus today, whether in the West or the East, the North or the South; whether in the self-described “Shi`ah” world, or the “Sunni” world. There can be no room for `asabiyyah in the true Din taught by the prophets, nor that which is to be revived by the Imam al-Mahdi.
This is the age in which we have seen the fulfillment of so many signs of the Imam al-Mahdi’s Rise. This is the age that has seen the martyrdom of the Nafs az-Zakiyyah (Ayat’ullah Al-Hakim), the invasion of Yajuj and Majuj throughout the world, the rise of the hobbling, blind in the right eye, Masih ad-Dajjal; the “Mullah” of these Deobandi kuffar and their “Taliban.” Time after time his death is claimed by the West and others, and time and time again, these rumors of his demise are refuted by his Taliban. This is the age that has seen the Double Eclipse of shahar Ramadan on the EXACT days that were foretold by the A’immah in our collections of Ahadith, back in 2003. This is the sign equal in weight to 10 heavy signs of Al-Qayim. There can be no doubt as to the implications of this sectarian, terrorist, illegitimate violence of the nawasib, as well as that from those who use religion as a mask to hide their brutality and wickeness.
While we remain in occultation, we continue working towards the aims that we have been all along. The only difference now is that you are aware that though you do not see the sun when it passes behind the clouds, you still receive light and warmth from it, and in the same way you now know that many of the things transpiring over the past decades in the world, have been the direct emanations from our work, for the sake of Allah.
May Allah hasten the end of suffering through the Imam’s Rise!
